铝合金的羽毛状晶铝合金的羽毛状晶feathey crystal of aluminium alloy IUheJ旧deyumooZhuangJ旧g铝合金的羽毛状晶(feathey Crystal of alu-minium anoy)铝合金铸锭中柱状晶的变种,形状类似羽毛的晶粒。是铸锭缺陷的一种。形状近似直线状花边的羽毛状晶亦称为“花边状组织”。羽毛状晶成群出现,每群中羽毛状晶之间近似平行。羽毛状晶是双晶,以(111)晶面为双晶面。铝一镁系合金中的羽毛状晶如图所示。’ 产生羽毛状晶的工艺因素主要是:(1)熔体处于高温平稳状态,有较好的定向结晶条件。(2)在铸造温度下熔体停留时间过长,熔体过热和高度净化,减少结晶前沿形成晶核的数量。(3)合金中加入某些容易产生羽毛状晶的微量元素,如硼和错。 超硬铝合金、工业纯铝和高镁铝合金形成羽毛状晶的几率较大,而高强锻造铝合金2A70(LD7)、防锈铝合金 3A21(LF21)和含镁低于5%的铝镁系合金,基本上不形成羽毛状晶。 铸锭中存在羽毛状晶对其性能影响较大。在塑性加工过程中易在羽毛状晶的双晶面处产生裂纹。制品中残留的未完全破碎的羽毛状晶区会扩大使用性能的各向异性。蘸: 铝一镁系合金铸锭中的羽毛状晶偏光只100 (格长清)
