钽酸锂晶体分子式:LiTaO3CAS号:性质:无色或淡黄色晶体。三方晶系,畸变钙钛矿型结构,点群C63vR3C。密度7.45g/cm3。莫氏硬度5.5~6.0。折射率nD=2.176。介电常数41~53。一次电光系数r12=7.0×10-12m/V,机电耦合系数R15≥0.3。为铁电晶体,居里点(665±5)℃,自发极化强度50×10-6C/cm2。具有优良的电光、压、电、热释电性能。采用提拉法生长。激光技术中用作调Q开关,红外技术中用作热释电探测器,电子工业中用以制作滤波器和谐振器。
