α-碘酸锂晶体分子式:α-LiIO3CAS号:性质:α型无色透明单晶体。六角晶系结构。密度4.5g/cm3。熔点420℃。在256℃下有一个相变。机械性能较好。易于加工。为水溶性晶体,但不易受潮。为负单轴晶体。具有较高的非线性光学系数,很好的压电效应和较大的耦合系数。采用恒温蒸发法从水溶液中培育单晶,为具有旋光、热释电、压电、倍频、电光等效应的晶体。主要用于制作倍频晶体和高频带超声延迟线的换能器。
