筒仓筒仓cylindricstoragehouse贮存散装物料的仓库。分农业筒仓和工业筒仓两大类。农业筒仓用来贮存粮食、饲料等粒状和粉状物料；工业筒仓用以贮存焦炭、水泥、食盐、食糖等散装物料。机械化筒仓的造价一般比机械化房式仓的造价高1／3左右，但能缩短物料的装卸流程，降低运行和维修费用，消除繁重的袋装作业，有利于机械化、自动化作业，因此已成为最主要的粮仓形式之一。钢筒仓筒仓宜建在交通方便、处于居住建筑和公共建筑下风向的高燥地段，具备与供水、排水、供热、供电等线路相连的可能性；为防止钢板锈蚀，不宜临海设置。筒仓的设计与施工除保证仓壁强度符合所需要求外，还应使筒仓内壁平整光滑，便于物料装卸；布局应合理，以节省占地面积。机械化筒仓在底部安装卸料漏斗，上通廊设有装料的运输设备。装料时，卸料坑的散料通过提升机运至上通廊并卸入水平皮带运输机，皮带运输机将散料卸到筒仓进粮口流入筒仓。卸料时，散料通过卸料漏斗卸到下通廊，由水平皮带运输机运出。此外，在粮食进仓前、贮存期及出仓后还要进行干燥、称量、翻仓、消毒、清理等工作，为此，需配备相应的设备与装置，以便逐步实行自动化操作。
