脱泥脱泥disliming tUOnl脱泥(disliming)在选矿作业中，使矿浆中的细矿泥与粗砂分离的处理过程。矿泥在任何一种选矿过程中都是一种千扰因素，它直接影响分选指标和选矿药剂耗量，因此，脱泥作业是重选、磁选和浮选等选矿方法的关键性准备作业。脱泥的主要目的是使混杂和附着于粗矿粒上的细泥和细泥结成的泥团发生解离和分散，并将其脱除。脱泥是根据物料因杜度和密度之不同而在水介质中形成的沉降速度差进行的。脱泥作业分为两个阶段，一为矿泥的解离与分散;二为泥与砂的分离;两个阶段可以分别或同时进行。所采用的设备为水力旋流器、脱泥斗、球旋分级机和浓密机以及水力分离机等。它所脱除的矿泥，其粒度为一10林m，采用重选、磁选和浮选等方法难以回收，一般作为尾矿废弃。中国云南锡业公司的砂锡矿，原矿中有40%一60%的一1。拜m粒级细粒矿泥，为了改善重选的分选指标，将原矿分粗、细两部分分别进行分选。首先用大直径旋流器(小25omm或小soomm)将原矿分级，粗粒部分为沉砂。溢流再用小直径旋流器(小75mm或小50mm)进行脱泥，细粒部分为沉砂;溢流为矿泥，作为尾矿废弃。脱泥效率在60%一70%。美国和加拿大等国的铁矿磁选厂，由于原矿石嵌布粒度较细，要求分级旋流器的溢流粒度为一。.o44mm占80%一90%，选矿厂是将旋流器溢流首先给入直径为7一15m的水力分离机进行脱泥和浓缩，然后再给入磁选机分选，这样既提高了给矿浓度，又提高了给矿品位。美国蒂尔登铁矿用弟16.sm的艾姆柯型脱泥浓缩机进行选择性絮凝脱泥，然后再进行浮选。(见选择性絮凝一浮选)。 (类绍良)
