脱锌分子式:CAS号:性质:黄铜脱锌是典型成分的选择性腐蚀。其表现形式有均匀的层状脱锌和不均匀的带状或栓状脱锌两种。其结果是前者的合金表面层变为力学性能脆弱的铜层,强度下降;后者脱锌的腐蚀产物为丧失强度的疏松多孔的铜残渣,容易早期穿孔,危害性更大。一般而言,简单黄铜(铜和锌的二元合金)多见层状脱锌;而耐腐蚀性的复杂黄铜(铜和锌再加其他组分的多元合金)则多见栓状脱锌。腐蚀性强的介质如弱酸、弱碱或海水易发生层状脱锌,而腐蚀性弱的介质如河水反而容易发生栓状脱锌。在黄铜中加砷(加砷量0.02%~0.06%)可防止黄铜脱锌。
