矿床疏干  对水文地质复杂的大水矿床,按照开采设计的要求,分期、分段预先疏干地下水,以利开采,并防止因突然涌水而淹没矿井;露天矿也必须疏干,以稳定边坡和提高劳动生产率。中国自20世纪50年代以来,对北方矿山的奥陶系灰岩,南方矿山的石炭系岩溶含水层以及其他强含水层,进行疏干,保证了一批矿山的安全生产。矿床疏干之前应基本查清矿区水文地质条件,主要为含水层的类型、空间分布、排泄与补给,以及水文地质计算参数等。疏干工程要尽量利用采矿井巷,以减少投资。矿床疏干代价昂贵,选择疏干方法时,必须兼顾疏干效果和经济效益。疏干方法有以下三类:    地表疏干 在地面布置成排抽水井,内装潜水泵或深井泵抽水。井径一般为300~500mm,潜水泵扬程一般为300~400m,潜水泵扬水量一般为600~700m3/h,最大约1000m3/h。井位、井距和井数要根据井的集水能力、设备性能、允许残余水头和季节性水位变化等因素确定。该法施工简便安全,井内装有过滤器,水质好,地表沉陷小;缺点是在非均质含水层中,经常出现集水能力不足,酸性水腐蚀管道,使水泵不能发挥作用,甚至使抽水井报废。地表疏干已实现了水位遥测和多井集中遥控。    地下疏干 在隔水层或弱含水层中的安全地带,布置疏干巷道和疏干硐室,向强含水层或断裂带、溶洞群、地下河、采空区积水等处打钻孔,放出地下水。放水钻孔有水平或倾斜的丛状孔和从地表向疏干巷道打沟通含水层的放水孔。疏干硐室的间距和每个硐室的钻孔数,根据钻孔出水量和硐室间的允许残余水头等条件确定。放水孔均装有特殊加固的孔口管和阀门,以便控制放水量。所放出的地下水,经过地下水仓和排水、排泥设施,直接排到地表。该法疏干能力大,能形成较陡的水位降落漏斗,适应性强,疏干效果可靠;在有条件的矿山,还可利用井巷疏干,投资省,建设快,排水集中,维修管理方便。缺点是在基建施工中,如安全措施不力,有可能发生突然涌水。井下水若无沉淀、排泥和清、浊水分排设施,可能引起环境污染;岩溶地区的地表沉陷较大。    联合疏干 即上部用地表疏干,下部用地下疏干(见图)。含水层深度大,透水性上强下弱,宜用联合疏干。含水层分布广,透水性上强下弱,疏干前不具备安全下掘井巷的条件时,也可用联合疏干。      要重视疏干对环境的不利影响和充分利用疏干水。在疏干所引起的地下水位下降范围内,经常出现井泉干涸、地表沉陷、建筑和构筑物破坏,浑浊的地下水淤塞河道和污染水源,甚至破坏地表植被和生态平衡。但只要疏干合理,处置得当,又充分利用地下水,就能减轻或改善对环境的影响。
