乳化炸药分子式:CAS号:性质:氧化剂的微小滴均匀悬浮在由可燃剂、表面活性剂和气泡(或玻璃微球)组成的油状介质中形成的乳胶状混合炸药。氧化剂水溶液构成分散相,非水溶性的油构成连续相,系油包水型乳胶体,是工业炸药中的新秀。根据用途分为岩石型、露天型和煤矿型。所用氧化剂有硝酸盐和高氯酸盐(常用者为硝酸铵),可燃剂有油、蜡、高矣物、铝粉、硫粉和煤粉。表面活性剂有司盘-80(Span-80)、木糖醇酐单油酸酯和十二烷基磺酸钠,密度调节剂(兼敏化剂)有空心玻璃球和膨胀珍珠岩等。抗水,机械感度低,对爆轰敏感(药径20mm可稳定爆轰),安定性较佳。爆速一般可达5.0km/s,做功能力为2号岩石炸药的140%。用于矿山、铁道、水力建设、水下爆破、地震勘探、油井压裂等爆破作业。
