硅粉硅粉silica gtJ一ten硅粉(silica)在冶炼铁合金或工业硅时,通过烟道排出的硅蒸汽经吸尘器装置而得的粉尘。它是一种火山灰掺合料,掺人混凝土中具有良好的火山灰特性及微粒填充效应。改善混凝土的孔结构和密实性,减少泌水,加大猫聚性与可泵性。掺硅粉的混凝土其抗压强度较高,常用以配制抗冲耐磨、抗空蚀的混凝土。它还能提高混凝土的抗硫酸盐及氯盐侵蚀的性能。 硅粉为一般性掺合料,在配制混凝土中并无特殊技术要求。其掺量宜控制在胶凝材料总量的10%以内。由于其需水量大,常要求配用减水剂。它和其他掺合料一样,为保证其均布,要求搅拌时间延长().5一1min。必须湿养护,养护时间一般28d。
