贝罗贝特 ,苄氯贝特药物名称:苄氯贝特英文名:别名: 贝罗贝特 ,苄氯贝特 药理作用: 本品的降血脂作用很强,强于氯贝丁酯20倍,有降低血中胆固醇、甘油三酯、极低密度和低密度脂蛋白的作用,而使高密度脂蛋白升高。还具抗血小板聚集作用。 口服后由肠内吸收较快,2-6小时血药浓度达峰值。与血浆蛋白结合率高;体内分布较广,肌肉和生殖器中很少。代谢产物大部分随尿排出,少量随便排出,半衰期约为15-17小时。 适应症:: 用于各型高脂蛋血症及单用饮食疗法未能控制的高脂血症患者,也可用于有并发症(如:糖尿病、肾病、胰腺炎、肝硬化)或某些药物引起的血脂升高的患者。 用法用量: 口服:100mg/次,晚餐后服1次。 注意事项: 1、中、重度肝肾功能障碍者,孕妇和哺乳期妇女禁用,小儿慎用。 2、控制剂量不超过100mg/日,定期检测肝肾功能及血脂。 3、服药3个月后,血脂下降不明显,应采用其它辅助疗法。 规格: 胶囊剂:100mg/粒。 类别:降血脂药
