细叶桉叶【通用名称】细叶桉叶【其他名称】细叶桉叶 (《陆川本草》) 【来源】为桃金娘科植物细叶桉的叶。 【植物形态】细叶桉,又名:褐桉树。 乔木,高10~50米,树皮平滑,淡白色或淡红色,呈薄片状剥落。异常叶圆形至阔披针形,宽达10厘米,有时偏斜;正常叶披针形,长15厘米以上,镰形而渐尖,侧脉多数,斜举稍粗,脉端稍离叶缘。伞形花序腋生或侧生,由4~8朵花组成;花直径1.5~2厘米;萼筒陀螺形,直径4~6毫米;帽状体长圆锥状,渐尖、短尖或钝头,长7~12毫米;雄蕊多数,长6~12毫米,花药小,卵形。蒴果倒卵形或近球形,直径6~8毫米,果缘阔而高凸,果瓣突出于果缘外,短尖。花期冬、春季。 广东、广西、福建等地有栽培。 【采集】全年可采。 【化学成分】叶和小枝中含挥发油0.5~0.9%,主要成分为1,8-桉叶素、对-聚伞花素、蒎烯、水芹烯和枯醛等。 【药理作用】用试管内双倍稀释法证明,50%细叶桉煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌(浓度为1:1280)、肺炎双球菌(1:10240)、乙型链球菌(1:2560)有较强的抑菌作用,对变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌作用较弱,对大肠杆菌无抑菌作用。 【性味】《陆川本草》:"辛苦,平。" 【功用主治】《陆川本草》:"治感冒,咳嗽,气胀腹痛,泄泻下痢,跌打损伤;外治毒疮,溃疡,并可作冲洗消毒剂。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,3~5钱。外用:煎水洗。
