摆杆硬度分子式:CAS号:性质:用摆杆硬度计测得的涂膜硬度,称为摆杆硬度。根据规定振幅内需要的时间判定涂膜的硬度,所需时间长的涂膜硬度高。涂膜硬度是涂膜机械强度的性能之一,其物理意义可理解为涂膜表面对作用其上的另一个硬度较大的物体所表现的阻力。摆杆硬度计(见图)用摆杆振幅的衰减来测定涂膜阻力表示的硬度。通过摆杆横杆下面嵌入的两个钢球接触涂膜样板,摆杆以一定周期摆动时,摆杆的固定质量对涂膜压迫,使涂膜产生抗力,以规定振幅所需要的时间判定涂膜的硬度,摆动衰减时间长的涂膜,其硬度高。摆杆硬度计有科尼格(KÖnig)摆,简称K摆;珀萨兹(Persoz)摆,简称P摆。测定结果以秒计,K摆的标准时间为(250±10)s,P摆为420s。
