X射线衍射分析分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:晶体受X射线照射时,其中的原子向四周散射X射线。由于晶体具有周期性结构,这些散射X射线相互干涉的结果,只在某些特定的方向上发生衍射线,这种现象称为X射线衍射。各种不同的结晶物质具有不同的晶体结构,其衍射线的方向和相对强度也就各不相同。因此,各种结晶物质具有特定的衍射花样,如同指纹一样各不相同。故可根据多晶的衍射花样来鉴别其化学组成和物相。这就是X射线衍射法进行物相定性分析的基础。由于衍射强度与该物相的含量有关,X射线衍射法也可用于多晶物质的定量分析。根据单晶的衍射花样,可测定晶胞的形状和大小,并由衍射强度数据计算原子的空间位置。此外,X射线衍射法还可用于测定晶体粒度和单晶取向,以及高聚物的结晶度、长周期、择优取向和点阵畸变等。
