高顺式聚异戊二烯橡胶分子式:CAS号:性质:顺式1,4结构含量为96%~97.5%。它是采用TiCl4-AlR3或TiCl4-聚亚氨基铝烷体系引发剂,通过立体定向聚合,在烷烃溶剂中进行连续溶液聚合而生产的立构规整性弹性聚合物。整个工艺流程包括催化剂配制、原料精制、聚合、终止、加防老剂和脱除残留引发剂、胶液分离、溶剂和单体回收并精制、橡胶脱水和干燥、制品成型和包装。高顺式聚异戊二烯橡胶在分子结构和性能方面非常类似于天然橡胶。有较高的弹性、较小的永久变形、加工不需塑炼等特点。可取代天然橡胶应用于轮胎、泡沫橡胶、胶管、垫件等的制造。高顺式聚异戊二烯橡胶和天然橡胶在分子结构及极性基团等方面仍存在一定的差异,所以高顺式聚异戊二烯橡胶的生胶强度、粘接性、硫化胶的弹性模量和撕裂强度、耐磨性及疲劳寿命都不如天然橡胶。
