针叶林针叶林coniferousforest以针叶树为建群种所组成的各类森林的总称。包括常绿和落叶,耐寒、耐旱和喜温、喜湿等类型的针叶纯林和混交林。主要由云杉、冷杉、落叶松和松树等属一些耐寒树种组成。通常称为北方针叶林,又称泰加林。其中由落叶松组成的称为明亮针叶林,而以云杉、冷杉为建群树种的称为暗针叶林。横跨欧、亚、北美大陆北部的针叶林属寒带和寒温带地区的地带性森林类型,是世界最大的原始针叶林,也是世界最主要的木材生产基地。针叶林广泛分布于世界各地,而以北半球为主。北以水平树木线以北的极地冻原为界,南接针阔混交林。主要分布地区包括欧亚大陆、北美大陆及南半球的巴西、智利、阿根廷等。针叶林的树种多,分布广,组成差异大,主要有:①北美针叶林。其中白针叶林云杉、黑云杉是横跨大陆东西的优势种,在西部的北方针叶林以北美云杉、高山冷杉等为主。②北方针叶林西段。主要由欧洲云杉、欧洲冷杉、欧洲赤松、欧洲落叶松等树种组成。③北方针叶林东段。主要由新疆落叶松、兴安落叶松,以及欧洲赤松、新疆冷杉和新疆云杉等树种组成。④中国针叶林。其植被类型既有欧亚大陆北方针叶林共有的成分,又有中国特有的属种,约有30个属,175种和26个变种。主要树种分别属冷杉、云杉、松、落叶松、黄杉、铁杉、油杉、柏木、圆柏、福建柏、杉木、柳杉、水杉、水松、台湾杉、翠柏、扁柏、罗汉松、金钱松、陆均松、三尖杉、红豆杉、榧树等属。其中水杉、水松、金钱松、银杉和白豆杉等为中国特有。按分布环境和区系组成,可分为寒温带、温带、亚热带和热带等针叶林。针叶林的树种从北方到南方、从高海拔到低海拔逐渐增多,结构也渐趋复杂,从纯林转变为混交林,并掺杂阔叶树而为针阔混交林,从单层林转变为复层林,林下植物也逐渐增多,形成下木层、灌木层和草木层。在热带和亚热带地区的针叶林中还有藤本植物和各种层外植物。针叶林针叶树的树干高大通直,材质优良,纤维细长,可作建筑、车辆、船舶、枕木用材,以及造纸和民用工业的原料。针叶林是中国森林资源最主要的组成部分,其木材蓄积量占全国森林总蓄积量的65%,此类树种的主要副产有松脂、冷杉胶、松子、松树花粉、柏树种仁等,是医药、化工、轻工、食品等工业的原料。针叶林中还生长有可供食用和药用的野生植物,以及珍贵的皮毛兽紫貂等。大多数针叶树能散发芬芳香气,具有杀菌和净化空气的作用。
