松脂松脂pineoleoresin开割松树树体后流出来的含油树脂。是树木生理活动的产物,主要由萜类化合物组成。刚流出的松脂是无色透明的油状液体,暴露在空气中,随着萜烃化合物逐渐挥发而变稠,最后成为白色或黄色的固态物质——毛松香。松脂是生产松香和松节油的原料。图1 下降式割面采脂松树针叶进行光合作用生成的糖类,再经过复杂的生物化学变化,在木材的薄壁细胞中形成松脂,通过泌脂细胞壁渗入树脂道。树脂道纵横交错形成树脂道系。采割松脂时,只要割伤树干外缘木质部,松脂通过树脂道系外流。松脂主要由树脂酸和萜烃组成,此外还含有少量杂质和水分。它们的含量因树种、产地、采脂方法和贮存期而异。开割松树树干,收集分泌出松脂的全部作业,称为采集。简称采脂。松树胸径一般在20厘米以上开始采割。按割期长短分长期采脂(10年以上)、中期采脂(6~9年)和短期采脂(3~5年)。按采割特征有常规法、化学法和强度法3种。①常规法。分下降式采脂和上升式采脂。下降式采脂是在松树树干2米高处作第一个刮面,开割中沟,再在中沟两侧由上而下陆续开割多数侧沟,流出松脂由中沟导入受脂器。逐年采割至接近地面(图1、图2)。上升式采脂与下降式相反,第一对侧沟配置在刮面的下部,以后由下向上顺次开割。②化学法。用化学药品刺激松树,使其多分泌松脂,延长流脂时间,提高松脂产量和劳动生产率。常用的化学药品有亚硫酸盐酒精醪液和硫酸黑膏等。③强度法。采用加大割面负荷,增开割面,缩短间隔期等办法,适用于伐前1~3年松林。刮皮最好在冬季或早春进行,夏季气温升高,树液流动快,是最好的采脂季节。图2 割面配置松脂加工,中国主要有两种办法:①蒸汽法。先将松脂与适量松节油加热溶解成含油量约达38%的脂液,同时加水洗去有色物质。如脂液的颜色深,需加少量草酸等脱色,经过滤、澄清除去杂质和水分。最后进行间歇式或连续式水蒸气蒸馏,馏出挥发组分冷凝后为松节油。馏余物松香,趁热放出。此法生产的松香质量好,生产安全,适于大、中型工厂。②直接火法。将松脂装入蒸馏锅内,用直接火加热至一定温度后滴入适量清水,水受热成蒸汽将松节油蒸出,最后将锅内松香趁热放出,滤出杂质即为成品。此法简易,适用于就地加工松脂,但产品质量较难控制,生产不太安全。
