β-内酰胺酶分子式:CAS号:性质:细菌产生的能水解β-内酰胺类抗生素的本科,由于β-内酰胺本科的水解,β-内酰胺类抗生素失活。显色头孢菌素头孢硝噻吩(nitrocefin)的溶液呈浅黄色,当结构中的β-内酰胺环被打开时,溶液呈由浅黄色变成红色,因而可利用这种头孢菌素显色的特点,特异证实β-内酰胺酶的存在,β-内酰胺酶以其主要水解对象可分为青霉素酶、头孢菌素酶、广谱酶、超广谱酶。
