玉米赤霉烯酮分子式:CAS号:性质:由曲霉菌产生的植物源雌激素。熔点164~165℃。纯玉米赤霉烯酮不溶于水、二硫化碳和四氯化碳,溶于碱型水溶液、乙醇、乙醚、乙腈、苯、氯仿、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯中,微溶于石油醚(沸点30~60℃)。在紫外光照射下呈蓝绿色。能产生玉米赤霉烯酮的真菌中最常见的是玉米赤霉。还有黄色镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌、粉红镰刀菌、木贼镰刀菌、膨孢镰刀菌、三线镰刀菌、茄病镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、表球镰刀菌和雪腐镰刀菌,所不同的只是有的需经低温阶段,有的在常温下即能产生。玉米赤霉烯酮可使畜禽和啮齿动物发生雌激素亢进症,并以阴户肿胀、流产等雌激素综合征为特征。
