α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂分子式:CAS号:性质:抑制一类结构中含有α-葡萄糖苷键水解的抑制剂,其中包括部分蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶和淀粉酶抑制剂。其中阿卡糖是最重要的淀粉酶抑制剂,临床上用于治疗肥胖症和糖尿症。萃他丁是两形链霉菌产生的α-葡萄糖苷抑制剂,其母核与阿卡糖相同,仅多一个葡萄糖分子而已。属于这一类的抑制剂还有脂解素等结构与阿卡糖相似的链霉菌代谢产物。
