枸橼酸铋钾片(胶性次枸橼酸铋片)药物名称:枸橼酸铋钾片(胶性次枸橼酸铋片)英文名:Colloidal Bisumth Subcitrate Tablets汉语拼音:主要成分:枸橼酸铋钾性状:薄膜衣片,除去薄膜后显白色。药理作用:在胃内能迅速崩解,在胃酸作用下水溶性胶体铋与溃疡面或炎症部位的蛋白质形成不溶性含铋沉淀,牢固地粘附于糜烂面上形成保护屏障,抵御胃酸与胃蛋白酶对粘膜面的侵蚀,并能刺激内源性前列腺素释放,促进胃粘液分泌,加速粘膜上皮修复,改善胃粘膜血流与清除幽门螺杆菌的作用。药代动力学:吸收极微,以肾中铋浓度最高,少量在肺,脾,肝,大脑,心和骨骼肌,吸收后从尿排出,未吸收的从大便排出。适应症:胃溃疡,十二指肠溃疡及红斑渗出性胃炎,糜烂性胃炎。用法与用量:口服。一次1片,一日4次,餐前半小时与睡前,须用开水送服,忌用含碳酸饮料(如啤酒),服药前、后半小时不要喝牛奶或服用抗酸剂和其它碱性药物,疗程4~8周,然后停用含铋药物4~8周,如有必要可再继续服用4~8周。不良反应:少数可见便秘、灰褐色便及口腔不适、舌苔染色、失眠乏力,一般停药后即自行消失。禁忌症:严重肾功能不全者及孕妇忌用。注意事项:一般肝、肾功能不良者应适当减量或慎用,儿童、哺乳期妇女遵医嘱。规格: 0.39相当于铋0.1g)贮藏:遮光,密闭,在干燥处保存。有效期:暂定二年。处方药:是
