原子吸收光谱分析原子吸收光谱分析atom absorPtion sPeetrumanalysis 原子吸收光谱分析atom absorption Speetrumanalysis测定自由原子对辐射的吸收来定量的一种原子光谱分析法。吸收的总值取决于存在的自由原子数目和自由原子吸收辐射的程度。 原子吸收分析使用的仪器称为原子吸收分光光度计。一台最简单的仪器必须由以下部件组成:①光源(如空心阴极灯),用来发射待测元素的光谱;②原子化器(如火焰炉或石墨炉),用以产生原子蒸气;③单色器,用来分离所需要的光源的射线;④检测器,即读出系统,用来测量光源谱线被试样原子吸收前后的强度变化。 应用较广的有火焰原子吸收法和无火焰原子吸收法。用火焰进行原子化的叫火焰原子吸收。常用的有空气一乙炔火焰和氧化亚氮一乙炔火焰。大多数容易原子化的元素使用空气一乙炔火焰;一些难原子化的元素需要温度更高的氧化亚氮一乙炔火焰。火焰原子吸收法既可测定材料中的主成分,也可测定微量杂质,下限可测到百万分之几。无火焰原子吸收法主要是以电热石墨炉为原子化器,其灵敏度比火焰法高出几个数量级,常用于痕量分析。 原子吸收分析方法具有简便、快速、选择性好及干扰少等优点。自从澳大利亚A.沃尔什(Walsh)于1955年将原子吸收光的现象应用于化学分析以来,该方法发展迅速,目前已成为重要分析手段。 (朴明薇)
