酸青酶药物名称:胃蛋白酶英文名:Pepsin 别名: 百布圣;蛋白酵素;酸青酶;胃液素 ,胃蛋白酶,消食妥外文名:Pepsin 药理作用:本品水解蛋白能力强,使凝固的蛋白质分解成蛋白示和蛋白胨,亦能水解多肽。体内胃蛋白酶原须经盐酸激活,形成胃蛋白酶才能生效。适应症: 常用于因食蛋白性食物过多所致消化不良、病后恢复期消化功能减退以及慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌、恶性贫血所致的胃蛋白酶缺乏。 用量用法:胃蛋白酶片:口服,每次0.3g-1g,一日三次,宜与稀盐酸液0.5~2ml同服;胃蛋白酶合剂,每次10ml,一日三次,饭前或进食时服。 注意事项: 1.不宜与抗酸药(碱性药物)同服,因胃内pH值升高而使其活力降 低。 2.本品的药理作用与硫糖铝相拮抗,二者亦不宜合用。 规格: 片剂:每片0.1g(能消化凝固的卵蛋白300g)。 胃蛋白酶合剂:每100ml含胃蛋白酶3g,稀盐酸3ml,橙皮酊3ml.类别:助消化药
