血浆凝血酶原时间血浆凝血酶原时间prothrombin time, PT 检查凝血机制的一种方法。凝血酶原由肝脏合成并参与内源性凝血作用。在新鲜血浆中,加入足够量的凝血活酶和钙离子后,测定血浆凝固所需的时间,称为血浆凝血酶原时间。正常参考值是12~14s(与正常对照相差小于3s)。维生素K不足、肝功能损害、新生儿出血及使用肝素或双香豆素等均可引起该值延长。
