PA/PA blend分子式:CAS号:性质:不同聚酰胺之间共混,由于结构的相似性,比较容易相容,并能形成性能上互补性强的聚合物共混体系,故而历来受到重视。有明显改性效果的实例如下:(1)PA6及PA66与高碳数PA或与芳香族PA共混可改善它们在接触氯化物水溶液时的应力开裂性;(2)PA6与PA66粉末共混,后者起到结晶核的作用,使共混物具有较好的强度,并改善了热收缩和挠曲性,共混物适于注塑成型;(3)结晶性PA与非晶性PA共混可增加柔韧性,还可提高湿态下的刚性,改善成型制品的翘曲变形等性能。不过,由于不同PA在熔融温度下共混可能发生分子间酰胺交换反应,并最终形成无规共聚物,所以制备此类共聚物以及将其加工成型时,要严格控制加热温度和受热熔融的时间。
