亚布力滑雪旅游度假区亚布力滑雪旅游度假区亚布力滑雪场位于黑龙江省东部尚志市境内，距哈尔滨193公里，距离牡丹江市120公里。最高处海拔1374.8米，这里的极端最低气温是-44℃，平均气温-10℃，积雪期为170天，滑雪期近150天，每年的11月中旬至次年3月下旬是这里的最佳滑雪期。整个滑雪场处于群山环抱之中，林密雪厚，风景壮观。锅盔山主峰三锅盔已经辟为大型旅游滑雪场，大锅盔和二锅盔曾是第三届亚冬会赛道，现在是国家滑雪运动员的训练基地。雪场拥有多台造雪机、压雪机、雪上摩托车等现代滑雪场机械设备；雪道设有多条吊椅式和牵引索道，滑雪者可以从任何一处乘索道，不需要脱掉雪板，滑遍场内全部雪道。无论从雪道的数量、长度还是落差方面来看，亚布力滑雪场都远远胜于国内的其他滑雪场，它无疑是中国最好的滑雪场。亚布力滑雪场的设施非常完善，共有11根初、中、高级滑雪道，它的高山滑雪道是亚洲最长的。滑雪场内还有长达5公里的环形越野雪道及雪地摩托、雪橇专用道，设有3条吊椅索道、3条拖牵索道及1条提把式索道。这里是开展竞技滑雪和旅游滑雪的最佳场地，1996年2月举行的第三届亚冬会雪上项目全部在这里进行。对于初次滑雪的游客而言，要注意以下几个方面：1.初次滑雪的游客应当选择不高于自己身高的滑雪板为宜，雪具没有你想象中的那么轻，一般而言36码鞋的雪鞋加滑雪板20斤左右，之后，每增加一码，雪鞋增重1斤。2.穿鞋也很有讲究，得把外裤拎起后，使劲地把鞋后的搭扣扣住，再把旁边的按钮揿下，放下外裤，如果你是租用那边的雪服，他们特制的裤边搭扣还可以把雪鞋围住，防止摔跤时进雪，穿好鞋后，站了起来，感觉像绑了石膏似的。接下来，还得踏上滑板，窍门是先前脚掌套住，后脚跟使劲地往后蹬，听到响亮的“啪” 一声后，说明你已经踏上滑板了。3.穿着雪鞋，踏着雪板爬上山，很容易滑了下来，要想使自己不滑下，可以侧着身子走。另外，要想使自己站稳的话，得用倒八字步。从开始滑雪直到停下来始终保持这种动作，在滑行中可以采用小八字、中八字、大八字的变换，来体会三种技术的不同。一开始可以先在缓坡上练习，体会内刃蹬踩的感觉，速度可由慢到快，弧度由大变小，尽可能对称。4.对于初学者而言，不要直接挥杖并将身体前倾，这样很容易冲下山，滑杖是用来加速用的，蹲身子同样也是用来加速的，你完全可将身体站直，脚腕紧靠着前面的鞋帮，这样会平稳许多。关键是重心要跟着上身一起移动。5.一般在雪场的右侧有一牵引索道，将游客从山下拉上山，上牵引时不要用手抓住牵引钩，牵引钩应该夹在两腿中间，利用牵引索道把人拖上山借助的是腿部的力量，而不是上身的。6.在滑雪的时候，要与其他人保持一定的距离，否则会发生碰撞，如果人太多，要尽量控制好速度，不要太快太猛。除此以外，夏秋季节的亚布力也很适合休闲度假，夏天森林茂密，秋天层林尽染，尤其美丽，在这块空气清新的地方呆上十天半个月，打打高尔夫球、划划船、钓钓鱼，对健康会大有裨益。
