分析与综合分析与综合analysisandsynthesis辩证逻辑的方法之一。分析是思维把事物分解为各个部分加以考察的方法；综合是思维把事物的各个部分联结成一个整体加以考察的方法。辩证逻辑把分析与综合看作是认识过程中相互联系着的两个方面，并把它们作为一种统一的思维方法。人们就是借助于这一方法揭示事物的本质和内在联系，获得关于事物多样性统一的具体知识。对分析与综合的辩证统一的认识是人类思维长期发展的结果。古代西方一般都把分析与综合当作两个平列的思维方法。到近代，这两种方法被形而上学地对立起来。以F.培根、J.洛克为代表的一些经验论者片面地强调分析，把它看作获取真理的唯一方法。以R.笛卡尔、B.斯宾诺莎为代表的一些唯理论者却片面地强调综合，把它看作获得真理的最完善的方法。I.康德虽然既承认分析，又承认综合，但在他的先验逻辑中，分析与综合仍然是对立的。G.W.F.黑格尔第一次对分析与综合作了辩证的解释。他不仅批判了经验论者和唯理论者使分析与综合相对立的做法，而且认为哲学的方法应该“既是分析的，又是综合的”，不仅仅是把分析和综合“平列并用”或“交替使用”，而且是以扬弃的形式包含上述两个方面。黑格尔立足于客观唯心主义，把外界事物看作理念外化的结果，把对事物的分析与综合仅仅看作理念在各个环节上的运动和展开的过程。马克思主义经典作家批判地吸取了黑格尔关于分析与综合相统一的合理思想，科学地阐明了分析与综合的辩证关系，使之成为辩证逻辑的科学方法。分析与综合的辩证关系主要表现在：它们相互依存、互为前提，相互渗透、相互包含和交叉，相互转化。人们认识事物从现象到本质、从不太深刻的本质到更为深刻的本质的过程就表现为分析一综合一再分析一再综合这样相互转化的前进运动。就认识的程度来说，分析与综合在后一层次上的重复总比前一层次要深刻得多。分析与综合的这种辩证关系是辩证思维的特点，也是辩证逻辑方法的表现形式。
