DSA参数性成像DSA参数性成像 影像学术语。数字减影血管造影(DSA)的成像方法之一。常规DSA成像时，不论应用何种变量(时间、能量)，获取的均为传统的二维形态学信息。事实上，工程师们已经在充分利用计算机与现代微电子学的成就极大地提高了图像信息的检测能力；医生们也在检查技术上设法获取更多的可检测信息量与更佳的图像质量。但是，二者的努力即使达到了理想的程度，也不可能增加新的信息。参数性成像是在获取DSA影像序列后，除了提取血管的分布、轮廓、数量、位置、管径等形态学信息外，还可把记录到的视频信号量化为视频密度值，进而得到作为时间函数的视频密度曲线。该曲线间接反映了相应兴趣区内含碘血液的廓清过程，从曲线的峰值高度、曲线下面积、曲线的出现时间、曲线的最大斜率等以及进一步派生出来的一系列参数值中可提取深(厚)度或容量性参数与时间参数。这两类参数称功能性参数，藉之可获得一系列非形态学信息，称参数性成像。必须指出，因视频密度值是无量纲值，故极大地限制了参数性成像的应用。一个有价值的努力是在成像中把视频密度值精确地转换为碘浓度值，从而时间-视频密度曲线相应变为时间-碘浓度曲线。因碘浓度系一量纲值，故可使参数性成像方式具有实用价值。
