1.Objectives:To compare the once-daily basal insulin(insulin glargine) plus 1 or 2 OAD versus twice-daily premixed insulin(70/30) plus 1 or 2 OAD as therapy for Type 2 diabetes mellitus on efficacy and safety of clinical study.目的:对一天一次基础胰岛素(甘精胰岛素)联合1或2种OAD (Oral Anti-diabetic Drug,OAD)与一天两次预混胰岛素(70/30)联合1或2种OAD在治疗2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的疗效与安全性方面进行临床比较。
2.Methods:Sixty cases which were in accordance with the inclusion criteria of type 2 diabetes of preliminary diagnosis were randomly divided into group A(insulin glargine and metformin tablets or acarbose) and group B(premixed insulin).方法:将符合纳入标准的60例初诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为A组(甘精胰岛素联合口服二甲双胍片或阿卡波糖片组)30例,B组(预混胰岛素组)30例。
