1.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of PK system in laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy for malignant uterine tumors.目的探讨等离子刀(PK刀)在腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术和盆腔淋巴结切除术治疗子宫恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。
2.Methods The Ligasusre and PK system were used in vaginal hysterectomy,some salpingo-oophorectomy as well,in total 165 patients(90 cases with Ligasure and 75 cases with PK system) in our hospital.方法使用PK刀及Ligasure对165例患者实施阴式子宫切除术,部分行附件切除术,对比传统缝线组82例。
