骨质疏松症骨质疏松症osteoporosis由于各种原因引起的骨代谢障碍。主要表现为单位体积内骨量降低,骨基质有机成分及钙盐沉着均减少,但基本结构保持不变。临床表现主要为骨痛和骨折,以脊椎骨折、股骨颈骨折及桡骨远端骨折多见。X射线表现以骨皮质变薄及骨小梁减少为特征。骨密度测定常用光子吸收测量。防治的重点在于预防骨折的发生,老年要补充钙和性激素,降钙素可同时预防和治疗骨质疏松症。
