抗肾上腺素能神经药、去甲肾上腺素能神经阻滞药分子式:CAS号:性质:又称抗肾上腺素能神经药、去甲肾上腺素能神经阻滞药。指一类通过影响递质去甲肾上腺素在去甲肾上腺素能神经末梢的贮存,产生拮抗去甲肾上腺素能神经作用的药物。与抗肾上腺素药比较,二者作用相似但作用部位不同,抗肾上腺素药作用于效应器细胞的受体,而肾上腺素神经阻滞药作用于去甲肾上腺素能神经末梢。代表药为利血平,主要用于高血压病、因长期用药物偶致抑郁症,目前已很少用。
