1.In order to keep low super heat and constant temperature casting and for excellent product quality,a new tundish heating equipment of horizontal continuous casting machine was proposed,in which a three-phase electric arc heating system and argon gas bubbling from tundish bottom are adopted.为了实现钢水低过热度恒温连铸,提高铸坯质量,提出一种新的水平连铸机中间包加热方案,采用3相电弧加热和底吹氩设计,将钢水精炼和连铸两道工艺结合为一体。
