尾水管尾水管draft tube we一shu一guon尾水管(draft tube)位于转轮后的出水管段,利用转轮出口水流的位能和部分动能,并将水流排至下游的部件.尾水管是水轮机过流通道的一部分,有直锥形和弯曲形两种。 直锥形尾水管见图1。一般整锥角a~100~140,出口流速v一1.5~3.sm/s,L/D3=3~4.管内水流均匀,阻力小,能量回收系数高,结构简单,易于制造,但挖深太大,用于小型、卧式水轮机和贯流式水轮机上。弯曲形尾水管水力性能不如直锥形,但挖深较小,广泛应用于大中型反击式水轮机。从底环平面至尾水管底板间的高度h是影响尾水管性能的关键尺寸,一般通过模型试验确定。尾水管由进口锥管A、肘管B及出口扩散管C三部分组成,见图2。进口锥管为简单的直圆锥形,扩散整锥角一般为140~200,出口扩散管为矩形或扁圆形断面扩散管。肘管为连接进口锥管和出口扩散管的过渡段,当出口扩散管尾水管的宽度B。大于10一12m,因结构需要可在管内加支墩。由于蜗壳的偏心,尾水管中心线在平面上偏转一个角度,以减少机组段宽度。另一种弯曲形尾水管只用于小型卧轴水轮机,它由等圆断面900弯管和直圆锥形扩散管组成,结构简单,制造容易,但流态较差。┌─┐│口│├─┤ 图2弯曲形尾水管 (a)混流式水轮机夸曲形尾水管;(b)轴流式水轮机弯 曲形尾水管 尾水管一般用钢筋混凝土浇筑,进口锥管用钢板里衬保护,为防止水流对混凝土的冲刷,保护钢板一直延续到水流速度6m/s左右的地方。有时为了免去立模、拆模工作,保证外形尺寸正确,整个肘管甚至出口扩散管都用钢板里衬。大型里衬在工厂成型,分段分瓣运到工地组焊。进口锥管上设有进人孔及验水阀,最低点设排水阀。当转轮需从下部拆出时,整个钢板制造的进口锥管是可拆的。
