定压运行定压运行constant pressure operation  d一ngyo yLJnx一ng定压运行(eonstant pressure operation)机组的一种传统运行方式,它是保持汽轮机进汽参数不变,通过改变进汽调节汽门的个数和开度来改变进汽量,以满足电网对调整负荷的要求。 汽轮机进汽调节方式主要有节流调节和喷嘴调节两种。节流调节的汽轮机作定压运行时,锅炉保持汽压、汽温不变,依靠改变节流调节阀开度大小来改变阀后的压力,从而改变进人汽轮机的蒸汽流量和燕汽可用熔降,以达到改变机组负荷的目的。节流调节的汽轮机在低负荷时,调节阀开度很小,蒸汽节流损失很大,由于调节阀后蒸汽压力降低.进人汽轮机蒸汽可用熔降减少,使得机组运行经济性有明显下降。但另一方面,正是由于调节汽门的节流作用,使得机组在变负荷时,各级容积流量和燕汽温度变化不大,因而有较好的负荷适应性。喷嘴调节的汽轮机在定压运行时,锅炉维持蒸汽参数不变,依靠调节汽门顺序开启或关闭,来满足电网负荷要求,即用改变调节汽门开关数目来改变蒸汽流量和机组负荷。由于蒸汽经过全开调节汽门基本上不产生节流,只有经过未全开的调节汽门才产生节流,因此调节汽门节流损失较小,其运行效率下降也较节流调节汽轮机为少。喷嘴调节汽轮机低负荷运行效率下降,主要是由于蒸汽流量减少而引起汽轮机内部各级熔降重新分配,使得u/c。比值偏离设计值所致。值得提出注意的是一个调节汽门接近全开时调节级动叶承受很高负荷,加上部分进汽又增加了动叶的动应力。因此,大容量汽轮机一般采用第一、二调节汽门同时开启方式。喷嘴调节汽轮机作定压运行时,随着负荷变化各级蒸汽温度有较大变化。对于亚临界参数的机组,一般当负荷由满负荷下降到25%额定负荷时,调节级后蒸汽温度将下降80C左右。因而它限制了汽轮机负荷变化速度。通常机组负荷变化率控制为每分钟3%额定值. 过去承担电网基本负荷的大型汽轮机.多设计为喷嘴调节定压运行,机组投运后长期在高负荷下运行,具有较高的热效率。随着电力事业的发展,电网容量增大,更大机组的投人,这些原设计承担基本负荷的单元机组也需要承担调峰任务。为了改善机组负荷适应性和低负荷下的热效率,通常在承担调峰任务时,多改为变压运行。
