传热过程  一类以热量传递为主要理论基础的单元操作,主要有换热和蒸发等。传热过程普遍存在于各工业生产过程中,与化学工业的关系尤为密切,主要用于:①物料的加热、冷却、汽化和冷凝,以达到或维持生产工艺所要求的温度和相态;②热量的回收,以提高能量利用率;③设备的保温,以减少热量或冷量的损失,并改善劳动条件;④溶液的蒸发,以取得浓缩的溶液或纯净的溶剂。此外,化工生产中的许多单元操作(如蒸馏、干燥、制冷等)和反应过程均涉及热量传递,这些过程的设计、操作和控制也都要利用传热过程的规律。    化工生产中冷热流体间的传热,大都通过间壁进行。单位时间内热流体通过设备的总传热面积传递给冷流体的热量,称为热流量φ。它可表示为:         式中R为总热阻;K为传热系数;A为传热面积;T-t为热流体与冷流体的温差,是传热推动力。    冷热流体间通过间壁的传热,至少包括三个串联的步骤(见图):①热量靠对流传热自热流体传给壁面;②热量自壁面高温侧靠热传导传至低温侧;③热量靠对流传热自壁面传给冷流体。对于定态过程,各步骤传递的热量必定相等,当壁面两侧面积相等时,可以证明:        式中 α1和 α2分别为壁面两侧传热分系数;λ为间壁材料的热导率;δ为间壁厚度。此式表明传热的总热阻等于三个串联的分热阻之和。其中δ/λ的值,当间壁为金属材料时通常比其余两项小得多。    单位时间内通过单位传热面积所传递的热量,称为热量通量(又称热流密度)q,也就是:            q=dφ/dA热量通量是反映传热过程强度的特征量,可表示为:            q=K(T-t)    当两流体通过间壁传热时,流体的温度往往沿壁面发生变化,为计算通过整个壁面的热流量,必须对热量通量沿整个壁面积分,这就是传热基本方程式,它可写作:   φ=KAΔtm式中Δtm为平均温度差。    平均温度差的大小与冷热两流体沿壁面流动的方向有关。当两流体作逆流或并流流动时,平均温度差为壁面两端温度差Δt1和Δt2的自然对数平均值,即:          当冷热两流体的进出口温度一定时,逆流流动的平均温度差最大,并流时的最小,其他各种流动方式则介于两者之间。但当有一个流体温度保持不变时(如冷凝、沸腾),则流动方式对平均温度差没有影响。
