结构优化结构优化optimization of structures ]旧goLJ yOLJh一Jo结构优化(optimization of struetures)制订给定条件下结构最优设计方案的方法。传统的结构设计方法是通过反复修改而得到一个符合设计规范要求的设计方案，它是一个可行方案，通常不是给定条件下的最优方案。采用最优化数学方法进行结构优化设计可更好达到预想目标和较好经济效果。结构优化有优化准则法和数学规划法两类。 优化准则法从工程和力学观点出发，提出优化设计所应满足的某些准则.然后设法求出满足这些准则的结构方案。最常用的是满应力准则，它要求结构各控制点上的应力等于材料的允许应力，根据这个条件计算出结构的尺寸。除应力外，也可用变位、自振频率等作为控制条件。优化准则法计算比较简单，但它不能对结构的形状进行优化.只能在给定结构形状后，优选结构的断面尺寸，如厚度、惯性矩等。 数学规划法把设计规范所规定的各项条件.如允许应力、允许变位、抗滑稳定、频率禁区、允许渗透水力比降等作为约束条件，用数学规划方法求出满足全部约束条件的最优解。所谓最优，通常是指造价最低，也可根据工程要求确定优化目标。用数学规划法不但可以优选结构的断面尺寸，还可以对结构的形状进行优化。结构优化通常是非线性问题，要用非线性规划方法求解。在结构优化过程中所要选择的变量称为设计变量，如钢筋混凝土梁的高度、宽度及各部位的钢筋截面积;拱坝的坝轴线位置及不同高程的半径、厚度等。当只有一两个变量时，可用图解法或分析法(乘子法)求解。当设计变量不超过10~15个时.可用复形法求解。当设计变量超过10一15个时，可用序列线性规划法、罚函数法、梯度投影法等方法求解。 在结构优化过程中，一般要进行几百次甚至I:.千次的结构应力分析。尤其对于大型结构，计算量十分庞大，要耗费大量计算机时间。为解决这个问题，可采用应力展开法或内力展开法，前者需迭代10一20次.而后者通常只需迭代2一3次。
