饮用水处理工艺技术的研究进展摘要:饮用水的净化技术与工程设施,是从人类和水源污染及由此引起的疾病所做的长期斗争中产生和发展起来的。关键词:饮用水水处理工艺深度处理工艺1前言饮用水的净化技术与工程设施,是从人类和水源污染及由此引起的疾病所做的长期斗争中产生和发展起来的。19世纪,欧美一些国家由于排出的污水、粪便和垃圾等使地表和地下水源受到污染,造成霍乱、痢疾、伤寒等水传染病的多次大规模的爆发和蔓延,夺去了成千上万人的生命。这些惨痛教训,导致了传统饮用水处理工艺的诞生。其代表处理流程是混凝→沉淀→过滤→投氯消毒,主要用以除去原水中的浊度和病原菌。自20世纪60年代以来,随着工业和城市的迅速发展,饮用水源不仅受到越来越多的城市污水和工业废水等点污染源的污染,而且还受到更难控制的非点污染源的污染,给水中带来了难以或不能生物降解的有机物。面对越来越多的有机物,传统水处理工艺相形见拙,表现在:(1)不能有效去除各种有机物。且氯化消毒产生的多种有机卤化物,比其先质毒性更大;(2)水厂沉淀池、滤池滤料层的含泥量中有机物的溶出与迁移会带来有机物;(3)为改进絮凝,提高滤池效率,保证杀菌效果的多点投氯,为氯与水中的有机物(如富里酸、腐殖酸)反应生成THMs等消毒副产物创造了条件;(4)自来水在冗长的输水管道及水塔、水箱等设施中,余氯与水中的有机物有时间进一步反应,又因为管网腐蚀、泄漏、接触污染,会生成更多的THMs,导致了二次污染。据北京市卫生防疫站的检测,由于二次污染,有15%的自来水超过饮用水标准。新的挑战,导致了饮用水处理的第二次革命:不仅要除去浊度和病原菌,而且还要除去多种多样的有机和无机微量污染物。其处理途径概括为二:一是对氯化消毒副产物(DBP)的前驱物(THMFP)加以控制,从而减少DBP的生成,如通过生物预处理法、臭氧-活性炭法、空气吹脱法等方法处理后再进行氯化消毒;二是对自来水进行深度净化,减少DBP的含量,可采用的方法有:分质供水(管道或桶装)、多级蒸馏法、膜分离、离子交换、活性炭吸附等。2传统饮用水处理工艺的改进:2.1混凝
