焦炉加热设备焦炉加热设备heating equipment for coke oven jiaolu jiare shebei焦炉加热设备(heating equipment for coke。ven)向焦炉供给加热用煤气和空气的焦炉附属设备。包括煤气管道、开闭器、煤气压力和烟道吸力调节装置、煤气预热器、煤气混合器、除炭装置、水封槽和放散管等。煤气管道由钢板焊制而成。煤气管道安装时应有适当坡度,以利于排出煤气中的冷凝水。开闭器有旋塞和闸阀式开闭器两大类。旋塞的启闭用交换机带动。下喷式焦炉的旋塞为三通式,当停止向焦炉送煤气后,加热系统与大气相通,靠加热系统的吸力吸人少量空气,烧掉加热系统中富煤气热解生成的沉积炭。富煤气侧入式焦炉,在向焦炉横砖煤气道导入富煤气的支管上设有除炭空气口。当停止送富煤气后,用交换机打开除炭空气口盖,引进少量空气,烧掉热解生成的沉积炭。煤气预热器是预热焦炉煤气的设备,以水蒸气为热源。焦炉煤气预热的目的是,为了防止焦炉煤气中的煤燕油和蔡凝结堵塞管道。煤气混合器装在贫煤气管道上,通过它往贫煤气中混入一定量的富煤气,以提高热值。水封槽设在加热煤气管道末端,用来汇集和排出煤气管道中的冷凝液。放散管也安设在加热煤气管道末端。当煤气中含有一定量空气时,可通过此放散管把煤气空气混合气放入大气,以防这种气体在焦炉内引起爆炸。为了稳定供入焦炉的加热煤气量,在富煤气和贫煤气总管上都设有压力调节装置。为了稳定供入的空气量和烟道吸力,在机、焦侧分烟道设有调节翻板。此外,在煤气总管上还安装有测量煤气压力、温度和流量的检测装置。进人各燃烧室的煤气量,靠装在每个燃烧室的煤气支管上的孔板来调节。各支管上孔板平均孔径要适宜;孔径过大,孔板调节灵敏性低;孔径过小,则为保证所需的煤气量,会导致煤气主管压力过大,易引起煤气外漏。 (李哲浩葛茂弟李清田)
