vacuum rake dryer分子式:CAS号:性质:一种传导加热的间歇式干燥器。圆筒形壳体具有加热夹套,水平轴上附有耙式搅拌器,一半耙叶方向向左,另一半向右。轴的转速为7~8r/min。轴可以正反转,每隔5~8min换向一次,被干燥物料从壳体正上方中部加入,物料在不断转动的耙齿的搅拌下,间接加热,湿分不断气化,由真空泵抽走。一般经过十几个小时物料才干燥。本设备有两种类型:一种是夹套和传动轴都通蒸气(或热水);另一种只夹套通加热介质。适用于干燥不耐高温及在高温下易于氧化的物料、有爆炸危险的物料以及必须回收的物料。被干燥物料可以是浆状、膏状、粒状、盼状,也可以是纤维状的。主要优点:适应性强,应用较广;产品质量好;蒸气消耗量小。缺点:干燥时间长,产量低。
