1-(1H-Indol-4-yloxy)-3-[(1-methylethyl)am-ino]-2-propanol分子式:C14H20N2O2分子量:248.33CAS号:13523-86-9性质:白色或类白色结晶性粉末。熔点171-173℃,易溶于乙酸,略溶于甲醇,不溶于水、苯。制备方法:由4-羟基吲哚与环氧氯两样烷缩合成4-(1,2-环氧丙氧基)吲哚,再与异丙胺经胺化反应则得,中间体4-羟基吲哚可由间苯二酚制备。用途:该品为β-受体阻滞药。其作用与用途与心得安相似,但较心得安作用强。适用于窦性心动过速、室上性心动过速等。
