蜜柑草【通用名称】蜜柑草【其他名称】蜜柑草 (《温岭县药物资源名录》) 【来源】为大戟科植物蜜柑草的全株。 【植物形态】蜜柑草 一年生草本,高15~60厘米,光滑无毛。茎直立,分枝多,细长。叶互生,有时倾向一方,线形或披针形,长8~20毫米,宽2~5毫米,先端尖,基部圆形或阔楔形,全缘;具短柄:托叶2枚。花小,单性,通常雌雄同株,簇生或单生于叶腋;无花瓣;雄花萼片4,花盘腺体4,分离,与萼片互生,无退化子房;雌花萼片6,花盘腺体6,子房6室,柱头6。蒴果有细柄,下垂,圆形,径约2毫米,褐色,表面平滑。种子三角形,灰褐色,具细瘤点。花期夏、秋。果熟期9~10月。 生于山坡或路旁。分布江苏、安徽、浙江、福建等地。 【采集】夏、秋采收, 【性味】①苏医《中草药手册》:"微苦,寒。" ②《温岭县药物资源名录》:"淡,凉。" 【功用主治】①苏医《中草药手册》:"清热,明目,健胃,止痢,渗湿,利尿。治蛇咬伤,小儿疳积。并治感冒,眼结膜炎,暑热腹泻,痢疾,夜盲症,尿路感染,尿路结石,肾炎水肿。" ②《温岭县药物资源名录》:"清肝明目,消疳止痢。沿肝炎黄疸,暑热腹泻,红白痢,水肿。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,0.5~1两(鲜者1~2两)。外用:捣敷。 【选方】治痢疾,肠炎:蜜柑草一两至一两半。水煎服。(《浙江民间常用草药》)
