岩藻毒素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称蛤蚌毒素,岩藻毒素。石房蛤是一种属软体动物的贝类生物。当贝类吞食了含有神经毒素的涡旋鞭毛藻类,如链状膝沟藻(Gonyaulax catanella),小丽腰鞭虫(G.calenella),塔玛琳膝沟藻(Gonyaulax tamalrensis)等,人再食用此类贝类而中毒。食用了生长有含毒的涡旋鞭毛藻类的海域的贝类易发石房蛤毒素中毒症。中毒症状呈麻痹性,食后几分钟后就由口唇、舌头和手指尖麻木开始,接着腿、臂和颈部感觉麻木,并伴有周身肌肉运动失调、患者常有一种像腾云驾雾样的感觉,随着病情发展可有呼吸困难,重者在2~12h内以呼吸麻痹而死亡,如24h后仍活着,一般预后良好。1971年美国佛罗里达州出现大规模含有石房蛤毒素的藻类形成大规模“红潮”时被毒死的鱼,估计达2270万公斤以上,对渔业危害很大。通常从“红潮”,又称“赤潮”中的涡旋鞭毛藻类中提取,在生化上作用钠通道阻断剂。
