1.We chose the non-1BL/1RS wheat with rfv_1 gene on 1BS as the donor and the female parents of strong superiority crosses by CHA method as the receptor to transduct rfv_1 gene directionally and to creat a new non-1BL/1RS maintenance line of NINE Type in wheat.有鉴于此,本研究将CHA途径与粘类小麦雄性不育三系途径相结合,选用1BS上携有不育基因rfv_1的非1BL/1RS小麦为供体,以杀雄剂途径获得的强优势组合的母本为受体,实现rfv_1基因的定向转入,创制粘类非1BL/1RS小麦雄性不育的新保持系,充分发挥两种途径的优点,以建拓出一套杂交小麦杂种优势利用的新途径,为三系杂交小麦能早日进入生产应用提供理论依据和技术支撑。
