氯碘羟喹乳膏【通用名称】氯碘羟喹乳膏【其他名称】氯碘羟喹乳膏 氯碘羟喹乳膏 拼音名:Ludian Qiangkui Rugao 英文名:Clioquinol Cream 书页号:2000年版二部-928 本品含氯碘羟喹(C9H5ClINO)应为标示量的90.0%~110.0%。 【性状】本品为黄色乳膏。 【鉴别】(1)取本品适量(约相当于氯碘羟喹0.1g),加无水碳酸钠,缓缓炽灼至炭化,放冷,加水 适量搅拌,滤过(滤液如颜色深可加适最活性炭脱色),滤液加硝酸使成酸性后,加硝酸银试液,即发 生浅黄色沉淀,分离,沉淀加氨试液使呈碱性,加热至微沸,放冷,滤过,滤液加稀硝酸酸化,即发 生白色沉淀。 (2)取本品,加乙二醇甲醚,搅拌溶解,滴加三氯化铁试液1滴,即呈暗绿色。 【检查】应符合软膏剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ F)。 【含量测定】对照品溶液的制备 取氯碘羟喹对照品适量,精密称定,加乙二醇甲醚-水(4:1)制 成每1ml中约含0.2mg的溶液。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品适量(约相当于氯碘羟喹20mg),精密称定,置烧杯中,加乙二醇甲醚- 水(4:1)60ml,置水浴上加热使氯碘羟喹溶解,再置水浴中冷却30分钟,滤过,用乙二醇甲醚-水 (4:1)洗涤烧杯与滤器,合并滤液与洗液,置100ml棕色量瓶中,放置至室温,加乙二醇甲醚-水(4:1) 稀释至刻度,摇匀,即得。 测定法 精密量取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各10ml,分别置25ml量瓶中,加乙二醇甲醚10ml,各 加三氯化铁试液(取三氯化铁0.5g,加盐酸0.1ml,再加乙二醇甲醚使成100ml)2ml,加乙二醇甲醚稀 释至刻度,摇匀,照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ B),在650nm的波长处测定吸收度,计算,即得。 【类别】消毒剂,收敛剂。 【规格】10g:0.3g 【贮藏】密闭,在凉处保存。
