汗腺汗腺sweatgland哺乳动物皮肤的真皮层或皮下组织中分泌汗液的腺。结构呈弯曲管状,分为大汗腺与小汗腺两种。大汗腺的腺体较大,随毛囊分布,常开口于毛根附近。小汗腺较小,直接开口于皮肤表面,分泌稀薄的汗液。在高温环境中,汗腺的分泌活动加强。由于大量汗液的分泌与蒸发,可以放散大量的热,有降低体温的作用。大汗腺哺乳动物大汗腺的结构基本相似,都是简单的管状腺体。人类的大汗腺只分布于腋窝、乳晕、阴部及肛门附近。大汗腺,特别是成群集中分布的大汗腺,一般仅分泌少量浓稠的液体,呈白色、灰白、淡黄或红色,如河马的“血汗”即为红色的汗液。人类大汗腺的新鲜分泌物没有气味,但排至皮肤表面后,经细菌的分解,生成一些不饱和的脂肪酸而产生怪味,即通常所说的狐臭,因此大汗腺又称狐臭腺。各种哺乳动物的特殊气味主要来自大汗腺,这种气味在群居生活及性活动中有一定的意义。小汗腺(外分泌汗腺)小汗腺的结构与大汗腺相似,也是简单的弯曲管状腺体,但它的分泌部分较小,直径只有0.3~0.4毫米。小汗腺的导管直接开口于皮肤表面,与毛囊无关。小汗腺分泌稀薄的汗液,是人汗的主要来源。这种汗液的主要成分是水,约占99%以上,固体成分不足1%,其中大部分为氯化钠,也有少量的氯化钾、尿素等。与血浆相比,汗液是一种低渗的液体。当环境温度达到30℃时,小汗腺便开始分泌汗液。随着汗液中水分在身体表面的蒸发,可散失大量的热。在环境温度超过皮肤温度时,汗液的分泌和蒸发是人体散热的唯一方式。因此,小汗腺在体温调节中有重要作用。汗腺因能排出部分代谢产物如尿素,所以也是一种排泄器官。
