2,4-二硝基苯磺酸分子式:C6H4N2O7S分子量:248.18CAS号:89-02-1性质:该品为带三分子水的结晶,熔点106-108℃;无水物熔点130℃。溶于水和乙醇,不溶于石油醚和苯。制备方法:由2,4-二硝基氯苯经磺化而得。将1100L水加入磺化锅中,加热到50℃,在快速搅拌下加入119kg轻质氧化镁。搅拌片刻再加入750kg熔融的2,4-二硝基氯苯,继续加热到65℃,于4h内加入462kg重亚硫酸钠溶液(配成4.5-5N浓度)。反应完成后,冷却到55℃。加入盐酸酸化,再加入35kg精盐,冷却到20℃,静置、过滤,即得产品。商品一般以2,4-二硝基苯磺酸钠的形式,CAS号为[885-62-1]。用途:该品为染料中间体。
