感染性皮肤病 病原体侵入皮肤引起的疾病。病原体包括病毒、衣原体、菌质体、立克次氏体、细菌、螺旋体、真菌、原虫、蠕虫、昆虫。皮肤受到外界生物侵袭，如毒蛇咬伤、蜂蜇伤等不是感染性皮肤病，但一并在此叙述。机体受到侵犯,也可以发生免疫反应,出现各种形态的皮疹，伴有不同的症状和体征。这类病非常多见，大多有特征性表现，若能早期发现，早期治疗，预后一般良好。 感染性皮肤病的病原体大部分由皮肤侵入，例如病毒引起的各种疣类，真菌引起的皮肤癣菌病，球菌引起的化脓性皮肤病,杆菌引起的麻风、结核,动物血吸虫尾蚴引起的血吸虫尾蚴性皮炎，疥螨引起的疥疮等。另外，由呼吸道传播的有风疹、麻疹、球孢子菌病、组织胞浆菌病等。性传播者如梅毒、淋病、腹股沟淋巴肉芽肿等。有的病原体由中间寄主带入，如皮肤利什曼病、丝虫病等。某些生物体也可伤害皮肤引起皮肤病，如毛虫皮炎、螨皮炎、蝎蜇伤、蛇咬伤等。 有些微生物如金黄色葡萄球菌、念珠菌等是皮肤粘膜的正常菌丛。当机体抵抗力下降时，可以出现菌群失调，此时这些微生物可以引起感染。有的病原体来源于周围环境,如结核菌可以飘浮于空气中,孢子丝菌存在于土壤、植物上；着色霉菌存在于土壤、树木上。另一些感染性皮肤病则是由于直接接触或间接接触而感染，如传染性软疣、体癣、足癣。头癣、类丹毒等还可因接触动物受染。 诊断感染性皮肤病，主要靠皮疹的特点，如球菌性皮肤病中的脓疱病，侵犯毛囊及其周围组织即毛囊化脓性感梁如毛囊炎、疖、痈等，多以化脓性损害为主。病毒性皮肝病常表现集簇性水疱，水疱上有脐状凹陷，如单纯疱疹;也有的是疣状增生,如寻常疣、扁平疣等。真菌性皮肤病，则常表现界限清楚的圆形、环形有活动边缘的皮疹。可以采取皮屑、脓液、结痂等检查病原体,如真菌、麻风杆菌、淋球菌、蠕形螨等等。有时要作各种化验检查，如病毒性皮肤病血白细胞数低，化脓性皮肤病白细胞数升高。对皮肤结核病可做OT试验。球孢子菌病、组织胞浆菌病做皮试及补体结合试验。一些疾病要做病理检查,查病原体及组织反应,以利诊断。细菌、真菌性皮肤病可做病原体培养，以确定菌种，还可做药物敏感反应试验,以利治疗。治疗因病种而异,慎用皮质类固醇,以免加重病情及掩盖症状,引起误诊。确诊后，根据病种性质用药。
