梅毒螺旋体梅毒螺旋体 梅毒的病原体。长约4~14μm,宽0.2/μm。有8~14个呈锐角弯曲而规则的螺旋。运动活泼,一般染料难将其着色。通常用暗视野显微镜观察。对理化因素抵抗力极弱。对冷、热、干燥特别敏感,对青霉素、四环素、汞、砷、铋剂敏感。【梅格斯综合征】 (Meig syndrome)又称"卵巢癌-胸腔积液综合征"。一种罕见的卵巢肿瘤。其产生机理尚未完全明了。临床上患者表现有腹部膨胀、腹水、胸痛、胸水、呼吸困难、下肢浮肿、体重减轻、尿失禁等。治疗为摘除实质性肿瘤。肿瘤切除后浆液性的胸腹腔渗出液即消失。
