除虫脲分子式:C14H9ClF2N2O2分子量:310.68CAS号:35367-38-5性质:除虫脲纯品为白色结晶,熔点230-232℃。原药(有效成分含量95%)外观为白色至浅黄色结晶粉末,比重1.56,熔点210-230℃。20℃时在水中溶解度为0.1mg/L,丙酮中6.5g/L,易溶于极性溶剂如乙腈、二甲基砜,也可溶于一般极性溶剂如乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、乙醇。制剂由25%除虫脲及湿润剂、分散剂、惰性填料组成。外观为白色至浅黄色粉末,比重约0.4,悬浮率不低于60%,常温贮存稳定性最少2年。制备方法:将2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺和4-氯苯基异氰酸酯置于二甲苯中加热回流,反应完成后冷却,所得结晶物用二甲苯洗涤、干燥而得伏虫脲。用途:伏虫脲是一种新杀虫剂,对许多重要害虫的幼虫具有胃毒作用。它通过干扰表皮沉积作用,使昆虫不能正常蜕皮或变态而死亡。也可抑制昆虫卵内胚胎发育过程中的表皮形成,使卵不能正常发育孵化,同时对昆虫的生殖力也有一定的抑制作用。该品杀虫谱广,特别是对鳞翅目幼虫的效果尤为明显。由于其特有的作用机制,对人畜低毒,对天敌危害性小,是近年来发展的比较好的选择性杀虫剂。
