纺纱纺纱spinning把纺织纤维加工成纱线的工艺过程。化学纤维纺丝和缫丝不列入纺纱范畴。纺纱按天然纤维分为棉纺、麻纺、绢纺和毛纺,其工艺和设备大同小异。化学纤维的纯纺和混纺大多采用天然纤维纺纱工艺,还有一些专用工艺和设备。纺出来的纱线可直接进行织造,也可根据不同用途进行后加工,还可直接制成产品。古代人们用手工进行纺纱,18世纪30年代以后才逐渐发展为机器纺纱。纺纱工艺大致分为两个阶段:①成条。将纤维原料经开松、混合、去杂、梳理或分梳等工序,松解成单根纤维,再制成纤维条。有的纤维条还需精梳除去部分短纤维和疵点。化学纤维长丝可以通过切割或拉断法直接制成纤维条,称化纤纺丝直接成条。②成纱。根据纤维性状和产品要求,采用不同的加工工艺。通常是把几根纤维条经并合、牵伸,或在牵伸的过程中利用针排进行分梳,使纤维条中的纤维进一步伸平,然后逐步拉细,先纺成粗纱,再纺成细纱。也可以把纤维条直接纺成细纱;或者把梳理后形成的纤维网割成窄条,经搓拈后纺成细纱。把纤维条拉细后再扭转、拈合而成纱的方法称加拈法。纺纱车间
